If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or struggling to cope with stress, you’re not alone.
At Carlie Jordan Clinical Psychology, I work with adults and adolescents across Miranda and the Sutherland Shire to better understand what’s going on and find practical ways forward.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, or major life changes, therapy can help you feel more in control and more like yourself again.
