Carlie Jordan Clinical Psychology

Experienced Clinical Psychologist in Miranda helping with anxiety, stress & burnout

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or struggling to cope with stress, you’re not alone.

At Carlie Jordan Clinical Psychology, I work with adults and adolescents across Miranda and the Sutherland Shire to better understand what’s going on and find practical ways forward.

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, or major life changes, therapy can help you feel more in control and more like yourself again.

The practice with HEART, in the heart of the Sutherland Shire

How I can help

I support clients with:

  • Anxiety and overthinking

  • Stress and burnout

  • Depression and low mood

  • Trauma and difficult life experiences

  • Relationship and interpersonal issues

My approach is warm, down to earth, and tailored to you, using evidence based therapies such as CBT, ACT, and schema therapy.

A practical, supportive approach

My style is warm, down to earth, and collaborative. Together, we’ll explore what’s contributing to your current difficulties and develop strategies that feel realistic and sustainable in your day to day life.

Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about helping you understand yourself and build the tools to cope more effectively.
