How do I book an appointment?
Call 0434 036 267-Reception is available to assist you between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday OR complete our enquiry form.
Book your appointment-In your initial phone call, reception will obtain a basic understanding of your concerns. Then you will find a time that suits you, for an initial appointment. You will be emailed an intake form to complete before your initial assessment.
Complete intake form-Please complete the intake form before your appointment. You will also receive an email appointment reminder for your initial appointment.
Bring along paperwork-Ensure you bring any relevant paperwork (GP Mental Health Care Plan and/or referral )and your Medicare card to your initial appointment. Payment methods for sessions are card/cash. If you are entitled to a Medicare rebate, your rebate will be processed after payment, and your rebate will be deposited into your bank account connected to Medicare.
Location
Please enter our building from Central road. Google maps may direct you to Penprase Lane, please ignore. Our building (Southpoint Tower) is on the corner of Penprase lane and Central Road. Walk through the courtyard (as above) and enter the building. Our office is on Level 1, Suite 20 (The Psychology Collective). Below is a virtual tour of how to enter our office.
Parking
2 hour free parking is available in Miranda Westfield, which is across The Kingsway (roughly 2-5 minute walk). 2 hour free parking is also available in Parkside Plaza (or “Miranda Mall” on the map above) on Central rd, a short walk from our office.
